Herrera has worked in the insurance industry for more than 14
years in life and health, property
and casualty, and workers compensation at HUB International, Litchfield Special Risk, Automated Data
Processing, Meridian Insurance
Services, and currently as a personal lines CSR at Mt. Franklin Insurance Agency.
Herrera currently chairs the Insurance Committee for the Federation of Insurance Women of Texas.
A 10-year member of IPEP, she was
named IPEP Rookie of the Year
during the 2004-05 term and IPEP
Insurance Professional of the Year
for last year.
