NAIC elects Officers for 2009

GRAPEVINE, Texas—The National Association of Insurance Commissioners held its 2008 Winter Meeting Dec 5-8 inside the huge terrarium of Texa-na known as the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas. There, the membership elected leaders for the 2009 term.

Tennessee’s Department of Commerce and Insurance Commissioner, Leslie Newman, took office immediately following the election.
